2001 - Stockholm Syndrome or Masochism? Part 2

Jellybabies and gummibears! Lend me your eyes!

As I mentioned in the end of my previous post, this is where the book explains a lot better than the movie.

That shouldn’t be so hard to figure out, I know, Bison
Anyways… Let’s dig in to the rest of this mind-numbingly long book review.

2001 - Stockholm Syndrome or Masochism? Part 1

Yes, I am finally posting something! Incredible, isn’t it? The project I took upon me didn’t go as fast as I thought, mostly because reading a book doesn’t go as fast as watching a movie. Before I start I recommend new readers go read “A Praised Oddity" Part 1 and Part 2”, because I will refer to it a lot. This will be quite a lot of movie vs. book. And let’s see if I’m developing Stockholm towards it, or is it just pure masochism.

A trip to the iDoctor.

Just for the heck of it... I thought I'd do something a bit different... Diversity is good, is it not?

So, I had an appointment with an eyedoctor(There’s probably a different word to that, but just roll with it.) today. I’ve had this weird lump over my left eye for a while now, and I was finally going to get it checked out, after being over a year in the waiting list.

Updates, and ripping off Brad tries.

So.. It has been awhile since my last post, and I apologize for that. But don't worry.. I'm working on it... The thing is... This project is SO time consuming, that my other projects are getting backed up. But the reason why I haven't done the others is mostly because I wanna get done with my current project, and hopefully, I'll be able to finish it before christmas.

But enough about that, let's get down to business.

Fairytales to scarytales?

Who remembers Little Red Riding Hood? You? Me? Him?

I think everyone knows Little Red Riding Hood. She was walking down the path with a basket full of delicious treats (Not her chest, you perverted bastards!) to her grandmother, but is stalked by the wolf. We've even got that joke where the wolf is trying to take a dump, but keeps getting interrupted by Little Red Riding Hood. We've got animations and a lot of other stuff...

2010: My God! It's full of stars! Part 1.

The internet is awesome, I just gotta say that. Me and my supervisor, who loves 2001 (go figure), we're discussing said movie. And we started discussing the soundtrack, so we jumped on the computers and searched for it’s wikipage, and there I see:

 "Sequels and adaptations"

There’s a sequel? Someone actually adapted the second book to a movie? So you know, I HAVE to see it.. I MUST! I have to see if it’s as confusing as the 2001. Wait, this one isn’t directed by Stanley Kubrick, but by Peter Hyams. Let’s see if Hyams makes as weird movies as Kubrick, so I am going to sit down and watch “2010: The Year We Make Contact”.
