A trip to the iDoctor.

Just for the heck of it... I thought I'd do something a bit different... Diversity is good, is it not?

So, I had an appointment with an eyedoctor(There’s probably a different word to that, but just roll with it.) today. I’ve had this weird lump over my left eye for a while now, and I was finally going to get it checked out, after being over a year in the waiting list.

Updates, and ripping off Brad tries.

So.. It has been awhile since my last post, and I apologize for that. But don't worry.. I'm working on it... The thing is... This project is SO time consuming, that my other projects are getting backed up. But the reason why I haven't done the others is mostly because I wanna get done with my current project, and hopefully, I'll be able to finish it before christmas.

But enough about that, let's get down to business.

Fairytales to scarytales?

Who remembers Little Red Riding Hood? You? Me? Him?

I think everyone knows Little Red Riding Hood. She was walking down the path with a basket full of delicious treats (Not her chest, you perverted bastards!) to her grandmother, but is stalked by the wolf. We've even got that joke where the wolf is trying to take a dump, but keeps getting interrupted by Little Red Riding Hood. We've got animations and a lot of other stuff...

2010: My God! It's full of stars! Part 1.

The internet is awesome, I just gotta say that. Me and my supervisor, who loves 2001 (go figure), we're discussing said movie. And we started discussing the soundtrack, so we jumped on the computers and searched for it’s wikipage, and there I see:

 "Sequels and adaptations"

There’s a sequel? Someone actually adapted the second book to a movie? So you know, I HAVE to see it.. I MUST! I have to see if it’s as confusing as the 2001. Wait, this one isn’t directed by Stanley Kubrick, but by Peter Hyams. Let’s see if Hyams makes as weird movies as Kubrick, so I am going to sit down and watch “2010: The Year We Make Contact”.

A Double No Never, or 007?

Well. This is a difficult subject to touch. Which is probably why I have had such a hard time writing about it. Who remembers the times when multiplayer meant that you and your friends would gather around a couch to play together, and not like it is today. If I’m at a friends’ place and he asks if I want to play multiplayer, I’d say: “Yeah, I’ll go home and log on, and it’s on!”

Well, now it’s coming back! With the Remake of the old Nintendo 64 classic Goldeneye, and it is coming to the Wii. Woops! I meant Re-Imagining.

A praised oddity - The Re-View

I am really not looking forward to this.. I know I have to do this, but I keep stalling. Maybe now is a good time to start playing one of those facebook games! Maybe not. I’m afraid when I start looking at this, this will happen:

Anyways.. The show must go on. Let’s push play..

A praised oddity - Initial Viewing

There’s a movie that has gotten a lot of praise, which is mystifying to me. Honestly, it isn’t really that good in my opinion. This movie.. It sucks.

2001: A Space Odyssey, is a movie that just makes me shudder.

I shall do this one in two parts, In the first part I will recap as well as I can how I felt during and after my initial viewing of this “epic”. In the second part, I will review this one, just for you guys.. Okay, I have to see if I’ve changed my mind about it and let’s see if I’ll be more lenient on the movie.

For now, let me try to recap as well as my memory serves me.

Comment section revised.

Earlier, my comment section has only been available to those with a certain account. I wasn't aware of this until a friend of mine said that it was really difficult to place a comment. I apologize, and now it's available for everyone!

Now you can comment on any entry you like!

Have fun! Go mad! Let the flaming begin!!

And yes, I know it's been a while since my last entry.. Don't worry.. It's coming!

That Little Sting One Feels

This was going to be my original entry before I heard about Star Wars in 3D. I still cringe of the thought, but I will get through this without it polluting this entry too much.

I am a proud owner of a Nintendo Wii (Yes, I dare to admit it AND have pride in it.). Although a lot of reviewers keep pointing out the sometimes lack of precision in the Wii Remote, bad graphics and childish games. I think there are a lot of great games to the Wii. The Resident Evil Archives and Chronicles, House of the Dead Overkill, MadWorld, Manhunt 2, The Godfather - Blackhand Edition, Metroid Prime Trilogy, Super Mario Galaxy, New Super Mario Bros. and as you see I can go on and on. I could probably list almost every dang game I own, except for Eledees a.k.a. Elebits and GT Sport something.. I don't even care enough to remember the title of it.

Too Many Spices Ruins The Taste.

This wasn't the intended entry I was going to write, but this just needs to be discussed..

Here the other day, my cousin and I were driving around. The radio was just murring in the background. He was about to drop me off, when we suddenly hear: "George Lucas has just announced that he wants to make the Star Wars Saga in 3D". We looked at eachother, and we really didn't know how to react first. Shock, horror, anger and anguish. I think we went through all the emotions we have in our register.

Wii Reflection: Eledees AKA Elebits

Hey folks!

In this article I will talk about a game that litterally annoyed me away from it, and I do not understand how I could spend money on it.

Eledees, or Elebits if you're not in Europe.

Let me give you the story summary I read in Wikipedia of Eledees/Elebits, so you can understand how I was fooled into buying it.

You're a young boy who's looking for these creatures of energy. You utilize the Wii Remote to pick up and move stuff. Searching for these Eledees/Elebits, by opening drawers, moving chairs. Here's where I thought: "Cool!. I would love it!". But, alas. That is where I would go completely wrong. But, in my defense, the wiki article alone wasn't in on fooling me to buy it. IGN gave it a 8.3.

Wii Reflection: The Conduit.

I was wondering if I should give a review of The Conduit for the Wii..

You don't want to see that? Oh.. Ok..

And they all lived happily ever aft.. Wait. No.. NO! I must! I have to.. For the sake of my own well being.

A short synopsis of the game where I draw parallels to one of my favorite games. (Oh you'll see which one).

This game is average at best at story, graphics are good for a Wii title, but the thing that ticks me off, is the ending. And I will make it clear why....

A Moronic Marvel.

So.. For a few months ago, I was inspired by Linkara and his show Atop the Fourth Wall, to buy a comic book. So to my surprise, the store where I usually shop, are selling Marvel special albums.

They are published by Schibsted publishing here in Norway. And I decided to buy it, it was a Wolverine Special. On the front cover it says "Logan den Eldre", which translates to Logan the Older. Like there is a Logan the Younger. And it also says "comics for adults". So in the second page we see that the special is take from "Wolverine Old Man Logan #66 - #72." and the Old Man Logan Giant Sized Special.

Now.. To the story.. (I need a moment here to compose myself for the torture, because I thought that it's a good idea to read while I write this entry).

Wrestling.. What happened to you?

Okay.. It's 05:53 a. m. and I should be sleeping now. But I made a mistake.. A BIG mistake!

I went to my usual chatroom and stream, and I heard the host of the stream saying that he is confused by TNA. And now I'm going to confuse the readers by jumping back to monday.

I was in the said chatroom and stream, again.. And the people in the stream were skipping between Monday Night Football and WWE RAW, and since I am a Norwegian who knows diddly squat about football, and more about wrestling, the mentioning of Raw peaked my interest.
